Autumn 2024 W.A.L.K ™ Group
This group is for all who identify as women, ages 18+. Cis/AFAB women, trans women, and non-binary folks are welcome! W.A.L.K.™ is particularly welcoming for folks who have experienced trauma and who are looking for group support in a safe space.
Autumn W.A.L.K.™ runs Friday October 4, 2024 - Friday November 15, 2024.
Each week, we will meet at a selected natural area / trail / green space from 8:30am - 10:15am.
